Return & Refund Policy – Publikw 

At Publikw store, customer satisfaction is our priority. In accordance with Kuwait consumer protection regulations, customers are entitled to return eligible products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:

1) Eligibility for Return

Products may be returned within 14 days provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • All accessories, inserts, and gifts (if any) are included

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is provided

3) Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

If the customer receives:

  • A damaged item

  • A wrong product

We will offer either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement, based on customer preference

4) Refund Method

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used during checkout

  • Processing time may take 3–14 business days depending on bank/payment provider

5) Shipping Fees

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable after successful delivery

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, delivery fees will also be refunded in full

7) Kuwait Consumer Rights
